Correct parts color

What is the correct color of the washer tank bracket and bracket for the expansion tank on the inner fenders for a '68. And also the body mount bracket #1 on the body?

I believe the tank brackets are semi-gloss black, but I'm notsure about the body mount bracket. I have the same need to know, and will research this further. I'll post my findings asap.

Larry, the No. 1 body mount bracket was dip-painted semi-gloss black; the heads of the rivets attaching the bracket to the body should be natural aluminum since the bracket was installed already painted.

I am unfamiliar with the 68 expansion tank bracket, so I can't give you a definite answer on that question. I could make a semi-educated guess, but I'll wait to hear the correct answer.

Larry,

I just went through the TIM&JG and could find nothing on the finish for either bracket, only verbage on the tanks themselves. Hopefully someone out there knows of another source for this information.

All three brackets, coolant supply tank bracket, washer fluid resevoir bracket, and body mount bracket, were dip-painted semi-gloss black.
