Go with Barrett-Jackson
Roy, I advertised my '67 (that I originally bought in 1980) in the August issue of Driveline and received several calls, most of which were from individuals wanting to chat. Others were photo collectors. Two seriously interested parties had local people inspect the car to see if it warranted a flight to Florida. Although they both whined about shipping costs, they were further interested. Because of the recent hurricanes stretching over 6-7 weeks, we were never able to set a date for them to come down. Since then, I haven't returned calls or e-mails from anyone regarding the car and my interest in selling it has diminished. If I do end up selling it, I will probably go with the Palm Beach Barrett-Jackson auction in March. Good luck with yours. Jim Weeks - Member #2978.
