Steel cars used the same sticker, complete with sloppy installation and excess glue - here's the same sticker on my original '69 Z/28.

The top third of those numbers along the bottom edge represents the date (MM/DD/YY).
With the spacing, the four digits look like day and year. The month to the left appears to be mostly torn off.
Same orientation for the storage cover tag.

Michael,

The second number (day) appears to be 28, third is 67. My assembly date (22049) I believe is 06/29/67.

Would you think the carpet would be that close to the assembly date or a month or two before? I assume the labels came with the carpet and not applied at St. Louis.

Black, Standard carpet is probably the one month out.
The span with other colors could be farther out.
