Would like to clean (buff) my 1964 original rear window on the soft top. Has the past ten years resulted in a good method to take out the small marks? What is the best product to use, to make window look new?
AND I'm missing the rear window tag - anyone selling a replacement?
Thanks
Megeuiar's (sp?) "Mirror Glaze" in the blue plastic bottle. The only thing!
Available at all auto supply stores.
Put a drop or two on a cloth and rub in circular motions over a small area until it is gone. Support the window from begin. Takes out all the small scratches and spiderwebs. Works on the hardtop and all plexiglas as well.
Greater clarity with each application.
The tags are available through all of the Corvette parts suppliers.

There is a product that many marine canvas shops use. Its called "210 plastic window scratch remover and polish" it works really well on plastic boat windows, We use it on conv. windows as well.
There are also several products from Novus that are made specifically for aircraft windshields - you might find them at a local FBO or from Aircraft Spruce.
