C3 Power window regulator

I'm working on a friend's door with power window regulator and the motor is separate from the regulator. Is there a procedure out there for properly mating the motor to the regulator with the appropriate spring tension? The car is a 1976 coupe. Also, are the rollers of the regulator the same for power versus manual regulators? Two of the rollers are broken off and it seems only the outer portion of the rollers are affected. Does someone sell roller parts so I dont have to replace the entire roller but only the outer wheels to the rollers?

Yes, Paragon sells replacement rollers for both the window channel (11514) and the regulator (12030) and packages components in logical kits as well. Roller components are the same for PW and manual. As far as installing the PW motor, see your copy of the chassis service manual and PAY ATTENTION to the book's details. If the counterweight spring lets go while your fingers are in the regulator area, you might wind up seeing a hand surgeon!
