I hear White Post Restoration (whitepost.com) is recommended by many. I have not personally used them...yet.

I just sent my 1965 PB unit off to Apple Hydraulics... Got a few recommendations for them from this board as well as some friends who are into restoration work.

If you are going to use DOT 5 fluid, White Post will NOT warranty their work. I have switched to Brake & Equipment Warehouse, 455 Harrison St, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Speak to Rob at 800-233-4053. They have done about 6 masters for me and probably 20 wheel cylinders without a hitch. I found their work less expensive and the quality better than White Post. I had several masters sleeved and rebuilt by White Post with parts left out of the rebuild. Old Billy wouldn't stand behind their work so I won't use them again. I also understand that White Post outsources their work to someone in Florida.

White Post uses brass whereas B&E uses stainless.
