      Buns of Iron...

...my GF and I were watching the tube the other night and a commercial came on for an excercise video called "Buns of Steel". She said she may buy it for when she starts to get old. I told her that don't need it because I already have 'Buns of Steel'... I can tell by the rust stains in my shorts...

          Re:Where Is Dale?

Heh! I guarantee you Dale is up to NO good, somewhere! Probably found some woman that looked at him for more than a few seconds, thought that SHE thought he was sexy, and he's got her over at the barn showing her his Corvettes!!!

Jerry, You just may be right. He must have a lot of reference materials, he has been absent since Tuesday. We'll knock him down a few points for that. Hasn't returned mail for a couple of days. Maybe we should call the authorities and have them "look over" the place. Maybe see if the mail box is full, check for unusal smells ( I spect they wouldn't detect anything abnormal..they have to be used to it after ,who knows how many calls) I can hear them now.... Hey Earl, "it stinks in here, something is wrong".... Relax kid, that's just Dale, he's smelled like that around here for years. But Earl, it smells like BS. Like I said kid, get used to it. Ken

Didn't Dale say awhile back that he was told to be quiet? Do you suppose he is pouting?

                    Re:Varoooooooooooom ?

Dave, He only pouts in the morning. I don't have first hand knowledge of this however, I've been told, It's after that first cup of coffee, his cheeks get tight and, well ....he pouts. I'm not certain how much further we should go with this thread but, once he returns, he won't shut up for a month! Ken

                        Varooom, Pout ?

I know for a fact Dale is incapable of pouting... his overbite prevents his lower lip from reaching the pouting position.

                          Jerry,

I don't know if I should go here but, do you know this as fact? When did you first notice this? How old was Mr. Pearman at the time? Now the poor Reverend is losing points due to his overbite? We need documation,

Weekend Trivia: Heavy Metal (the movie)

Tom, If memory serves, it is a 58-60, I'm gonna say 58, white on white with red interior. When I went to pick up my 70 LT1, I brought along a boom box with the CD, so as I drove off with my new treasure, Don Felder and Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride) was blaring almost as loud as the pipes. In fact, I just put on the CD to listen to it again. Since the beast is in pieces throughout the garage and living room, I need something to annoy the neighbors with anyway.

Jeph nails it; Don, honorable mention

I never could really tell, but 58 seems about right to me. On a technical note Don was correct about the credits, but not exactly what I meant (Gotta watch these guys every time). Realistically, in the cult classsic, the 58 Vette is orbiting the earth, top down with driver, and comes in for a landing. The honors are yours, Jeph, if you have another for Trivia time.
