You are joshin' me! Why, a couple members of NDB (Big Block Jorge, et al) were trying to imitate your style, and you know "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".

"Jus' Gimme Ole Time Rock and Roll...The music jus' soothes my soul". Now that's a nice top down, crusin' tune for Vettes, and THEREFORE relevant to NDB (restoration, preservation, and ENJOYMENT of Corvettes).

Just who are these Heckle and Jeckle guys, anyway?

Thanks Rev, but it's been awful hard for me to keep up here lately (Could you help by cutting back just a little?) Besides, there's just not enough time for me anymore to be able to respond to everything here, and continue to keep checking the daily Babes Page, Amateurs Page, Voyeurs, etc, AND drive the Vette. (That's all my personal "alone time" --- and wife --- will allow for). Something's gotta give way somewhere (and it won't be the Vette). TBarr #24014......PS: I've already tried "expanding" my personal "alone time" but then the infrastructure around here begins to break down and eventually all else will seek me out in new and interesting ways.

This is getting pretty far down the thread so it's a safe bet than only 11 or maybe 22 people besides you and me will read this so....

As Lou Lapham so eloquently put it once, "it's just another facet of my mis-spent youth" (or something like that). He and Don O'Connell both are good at the picking up on the "music drift" in threads.

Anyone that's posted lyrics has been too modest about how good the lyrics are (and we're all open to ridicule when we post them). But (so far) GDaina and JP and myself just keep coming back with something else (others are welcome). George and JP usually don't title their lyrics, but I do. George and JP will tell you what tune the lyrics go to, but I usually don't. All lyrics are usually "dedicated" to someone in particular, though. Just to fill in a few of the blanks to what tune goes to which of the lyrics I've posted, I'll match them up: "Act Naturally (Dr Rebuild version)" to "Act Naturally" by Carl Perkins..."I Want My NDB", to "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straights... "The NDB Enigma Bandit" to "The Illinois Enema Bandit" by Frank Zappa...and "Delco Radio" to "Mexican Radio" by Wall Of Voodoo. That's all I remember, anyway so, so much for the NDB song book.
