Are you sure? Cause I thought that was a corn belt thing. I live in in Texas real close to where spindle top came in and the birth place of TEXACO. I sure hope that here their not using corn in the mix. I know that they using foreign crude but I hope that they have not started using corn in my gas here. I knew the gas was reformulated, but jeez not with grain alcohol.

it is even in calif where the stuff,MTBE,they were using before for emissions was ending up in the water table. they have it in a lot of places that i buy gasoline out of state and all car manufactures have their new cars built to run on 10%. i am not talking about E-85 which is 85% ethenol

i always check to make sure the pump cup is blue in color not black. if the kit has a black one i just buy a separate blue colored one that the auto parts sells. some of these kits out there are years old because a lot of these older carbs are not rebuilt by individuals but master rebuilders
