    Patrick

Please send me an e-mail with that info as well. I was thinking that I could just send a copy of my tank sticker or GM of Canada documentation but any other info that you could send me would be great.

Key with knockout and key with knockout removed.

Key knockouts were often left in the key with the new car.
I always heard the dealer was supposed to remove them.

I recently purchased a warranty book and Protect-O-Plate for my 68 from E-bay seller Howard9101. The book was $150, the POP was $125 plus $5 per keystroke to have the data embossed. He also has the correct GM tape which was used to identify the owner. I included the link to Howard's E-Bay store.

The link doesn't work--but that's okay--it is a connection to Lubbock, TX--those of us who have been around for a while are aware of an individual there who, although he has 100% feedback on ebay, has a bit of a checkered past. Caveat emptor!

That means your new paper work may be detectable as repop.
