    Mike it worked probably 90% of the time. The engines would use a quart of oil every 2-300 miles. If we got them to over 1,000 miles per quart it was succcessful. Thank goodness the cylinder wall sealing in a whole lot better today. BTW I had to do the Bon Ami thing with a 327 about 10 years ago. The rings would not seal. The owner insisted on chrome rings and brough me a set of Perfect Circle chrome rings against my advice
