12v is 12v...... no matter if the voltage passes thru a relay or not. Just hook a jumper wire from the positive battery pole to the horn connector and another wire from the negative pole to the horn bracket. You don't need a fuse for this temporary test... if there is a short, the small jumper wire will serve as the fuse........- Top

Just be ready when it works. No matter hard you prepare yourself for blast don't drop it. It's likely that it will scare the hell out of you when it blows the first time.12v is 12v...... no matter if the voltage passes thru a relay or not.
