Much more interesting than the usual car stuff on TV. I'll see if I can interest Velocity Channel in it, but
Ah, there's the rub. I think anyone "telling all" would be kicked out.
Bronze statue? Kevin. More like a dart board at the pub.

The team then meets and discusses the car and it's ability to be used as a learning tool. Each item on the list of the judging sheet carries the same weight, I.e. A mirror carries the same weight as all the paint on the exterior. A car can be a total repaint and score over 90% for the exterior area. Should it get a star for that area? That is what the NTL and judges will discuss.
Not so Steve. To receive the Star for the exterior the car has to have 70% of its original paint. A total repaint is a FAIL, regardless of how the other parts of the exterior are judged.

70% or 75%? when the bowtie program was created by the dipstick etc, it was 75%. of course, what difference is 5% , unless we start measuring the surface area involved with a micrometer. mike

          Terry,

I missed the bronze statue at the NCM and I forgot to go to the "pub"; however I do not want to miss your live interview
on ABC with Amy, what is the date and time you will be on...man I like looking at Amy no matter who she is interviewing.

Yau are probably right Mike. I should have looked it up before I posted, but you know how I hate looking at books. I just love to tell everyone else to "look it up."

PS: When I retire from NCRS I am going to write a book and reveal all. Then I can hit the "author's circuit" and you can watch me on all the talk shows.
I've often said that with regard to medicine. I could make far more $ this way than actually seeing patients. Dr Oz makes an entire career out of it.

Yea, and Dr Oz peddles some really questionable stuff -- and that is as politically correct as i can be. I would much rather hear your advice.

                    Terry,

Always glad to provide it to you - but you knew that.
