Take an un-installed pushrod and rocker arm and move the pushrod "fore-and-aft" in the rocker ball "socket" of the rocker arm.
Also, it's not 180 and 270 degrees; it's "180" and "270" degrees.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
