Jim, my guess is Laguna Seca at the 75th Anniversary Celebration of Chevrolet in 1987. What a time that was!

Jim, I’ll go with Rick’s guess. As a side note, my first west coast collector car trip was Monterey in 2003 for Corvette’s 50th. What a time, got a wicked sunburn at the track but the whole week was amazing. Pebble of course was a spectacular event.

The Monterey week needs to be on every car guy’s / girl’s bucket list.

They were the largest Corvette dealer back then and support the Corvette family in every way. They were also the only dealer to have a Corvette named after a dealer. They are missed in NJ

I believe that car is the Two-Rotor Corvette (XP-892), circa early/mid seventies. IIRC it was built on a Porsche 914 platform.

While not Zora related, I found this pic in my toolbox just the other day. I forgot it was even there. Zora was also there that day and signed my air cleaner lid. I remember it was near the end of the day and he seemed very tired.. Elfi was at his side almost helping him sign stuff.
