It's more fun listening to this guy than installing the trailing arms and rear spring on my car, which is what I'd probably be doing instead....at least now I don't have to put the smog pump back in, and I'm gonna sell my manifolds for the East Coast "Hooker Header/Sidepipe" option (RPO URNTZ), which was only available on November-build cars. Since mine fits the bill....always wanted a side pipe car, and now here's my chance!!!!

I bet he is watching us on this forum and laughing. Apparently he cannot read, or does not own a TIM & JG not has he taken his car in for a CA emmissions inspection. There he will find out that, in fact, ALL 1971 LT-1's did have AIR, no matter what he thinks.

Very good point...does Pennsylvania have emissions requirements?

I spoke to a Mr. Obannon from C. Mike today....he laughed pretty hysterically when he looked at the 'Bay pics of the so-called LT-1....they had never even heard of the car, let alone made an offer on it. Not only is Mr. Sottie a tad pompous, he tends to elude the truth as well. I'm not even gonna bother calling Terry at P.T....amazing, simply amazing.
