Glass polishing that REALLY WORKS!!

After 26 plus years working on and restoring Corvetees I have finally found a system to polish glass that really works. It is an expensive kit and is time consuming to do but you get incredible results. I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in some photos or a step by step thread on this.
I am just finishing up the rear window on a 65 coupe and am starting the windshield. I have been completly blown away and astonished by the results.

By all means enlighten us, and the rest of the membership as Gary suggests.

I have used a kit similar to what Eastwood sells -- but from a company that mainly supplies the trade. They happen to have an outlet close to me, so I stopped in to talk to them one day -- and walked out with the fixings. It was not too expensive, but required enormous amounts of time and attention to detail. I have posted about it here a couple of times in the past.

I would like to see some information on this also. If you could tell us how deep of a scratch/flaw you were able to remove with this process would also be most beneficial.

I am able to take the groves from the mouldings out . The trick is to feather out the spot to minimize distortion. Believe it or not this is a 90% dry sanding operation. Only the last step is wet. Most kits tell you that they can't remove anything deeper than .004. I have removed imperfections to 1/32" and deeper.

I have an original windshield that has the typical wiper marks (about 1/32" deep) on the contour, and would like to try my hand at getting these out. Any information would be great!

OK I won't be able to post much till tomorrow so I wanted to get a few on for you guys today.

There are pictuers of the moulding wear marks being worked out. And the last picture is of the final prep of the sanded area from the moulding grove before polish. As you can see is has just a slight haze.
