Bob, are the window crank spacers exact thickeness as the ones you took off ? are the door panel secure to the door with upper and lower fastners ? Are the cut outs on panel for the window cranks the same dia. as the factory door panels, are the tangs on spacers bent over to secure to the panel?

One thing you can count on with reproduction interior parts for a 1968 through 1975 Corvette is that they will fit like crap.

This is a common problem -- reproduction door panels don't fit the curvature of the door, and the result is the door hardware doesn't fit or doesn't fit well. I have seen some solutions suggested here, but I will let those with experience speak to them. What is the door panel backing material on your replacement door panels?

Not only do they not fit the contour, they are much too thick. 30 years of complaining to the suppliers has had some good results wouldn't you say?
