I wonder if the OP ever got his question answered?

Just download firefox and use that. it's faster than Internet Explorer (IE the e icon), and its default security should not give you problems like IE. Microsoft has had to lock down IE to the point it is barely useable due to viruses and hackers - that's their excuse anyway.

Well, let's face it...pilots are dopes.

Dale uses Firefox, he might be able to help you with it.
My son is going to switch me to it shortly.
It eliminates a lot of problems and Microsoft BS.

He had help posting it from some local kids.

They can do wonders for sorting out all sorts of simple computer issues that seem baffling to us senile citizens. Anybody that's getting upset at a website over some navigation issue would be well advised to have a few on retainer rather than blaming things on the site administrators.

If you stick with IE do this (assuming v8 check Help --> About)):

Click Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy --> Slide the slider to the bottom (Accept all cookies)
Click Tools --> Internet options --> Security --> select Trusted sites (the green checkmark) and be sure it says "Low". if not, click "Default Setting" and then slide itt o "Low"
On this screen click "Sites" and add "*.ncrs.org" (uncheck requires server verification https:..)

                    This may help you!
