Walter, Just go on ebay and querry 67 Corvette speaker. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-GM-...cd436e&vxp=mtr You better hurry as others will read this and may also want a speaker. These don't show up very often.

I used S & M Electrotech as well, very happy. I had a Radio Shack speaker before. S & M very fair and good turnaround.

Can someone remind me if the clock bracket/housing was riveted to the dash or screwed.

I would advise not buying a speaker on ebay as it might very well be bad. Use S&M Electrotec as others have recommended. Their speaker is 100% correct electrically and I don't think anyone will notice the slight variance to the original.

            Scott -

The clock bracket was riveted to the center dash panel. In the '67 A.I.M., it's in UPC 1 Bolt/Weld, sheet A9, item #24 & #26.

Steve Gransky, Check out the photos I posted earlier of an original speaker (Square magnet holder) and one from S&M Electrotec (small round Magnet). Easy to see the differences. The S&M wouldn't make it by the judge I had at the 2010 Nationals. He had a nice mirror to see the speaker, hardly had to lean in the car to see it. If you're not worried about judging then an S&M speaker is great.
