    Re: AIM databases

To all that have requested a copy(s) of and AIM,
When my father passed away a few weeks ago, I lost all desire to do just about anything. You see, he wasn't just my father, he was my Dad and the hole that I have is weighing quite heavy. Dad was a true hero of WWII, He joined the 101st airborne after Pearl harbor and had combat jumps on D-Day, into Holland, survived the seige at Bastogne. Awarded two Bronze Stars, 3 Purple Hearts, 2 Presidential Unit Citations......

I will do my best to try and get all copies sent out this weekend.

    Don

      Re: AIM databases

      Don,
I'm so sorry to hear of your lost. I lost my WWII dad just over a year ago. He too was in the 101st and in the siege at Bastogne. He was 101 at the time of his death, but said he sometimes still shivered from the merciless cold in Belgium.

My request for your database should be the least of your concerns at this time.

My best to you and your family.

      Mike

If you asked for a copy and haven't received it yet in the e-mails, let me know and I'll send it out.
If you got a copy again........just discard it

Mine was in D Co., 2nd Battalion, 506th. Which unit was your Dad in?
