    I'm completely opposed to the use of magnets in the judging process. The NCRS standard is based upon APPEARANCE as compared to original. As I've said many times before, the use of a magnet is, basically, a form of qualitative analysis.

      I farm the fitting removal out. My guys never complains that he cannot get a fitting out using his huge hydr press to clamp the manifold in, penetrating oil and heat. JD
