Re: 58-60 trunk striker bolts
Ian,
My 60 has what I firmly believe are the originals. They have a circle marking on them. Reading the JG they use the word "typical" when referencing the "TR" marking. This leaves the door open for other variations which mine would fall under.

Re: 58-60 trunk striker bolts
Good enough for me... Thomas, if it isn't too much trouble, would you mind checking the length of one of your original bolts? I've found appropriate repos of the 1/4 bolts in 7/8" and TR ones in 1".

Re: 58-60 trunk striker bolts
Ian,
My 60 is tucked away for the winter at a storage facility and I won't be out that way for a while. The 58 I'm working on did not have the correct bolts on the striker, so I will be using aftermarket ones such as the ones offered by Paragon.
Of the two Paragon numbers you asked about, the 3744K would be the closest.
The 11211K is for 68-72 cars, not a 60.
