The engine suffix is CPW and the vin is on the block. The heads are the AL type, rect port cast in 70. There was a tag on the door but it is no longer readable. but the trim tag is there and matches. I asked about the code on the emission sticker, because they sell repros in the catalogs and it is engine specific.
It seems to me that the parts for the engine would be near impossible to find and date match. with out pulling the motor from another LS-6 and restamping it.
The car shows no evidence of AC. No control inside, no ducting, and nothing in the engine bay showing it was ever there.
