I can't fine a current Holley that appears to be a direct fit service carb (divorced choke, correct cfm).

I think it's a correctly dated (or redated) center section with the rest of it being service replacement.
I've already let the owner know this, but it still leaks.

I think you had a good idea that was not appreciated. If the adjustable float bowls are still available, they would be a good permanent fix for the OPs service replacement carb in my opinion. They are functionally superior. The new service carbs are extremely expensive, and the OPs carb looks pretty new and probably works well except for a defective bowl.- Top

Holley sells new almost exactly like original 4150, 4160 carbs through a place in OP Alabama. Later I can find address if you like.- Top
