This is, as others have said, sad news. John was a legend and his passing marks a note in time. He gave so freely of his knowledge and time and that is one of the things that made his so beloved. RIP John. My condolences to his family.

I never had the good fortune of meeting John DeGregory but I, almost, feel like I know him from all the commentary on him over the many years on this forum and his many contributions to this TDB. My sincere condolences to his family, to all of his friends in the NCRS and the rest of the Corvette community.

John was a friend and a wonderful passionate human being. His knowledge and a knack for the willingness to help cannot be matched. We had a funny moment when John sent his car keys along with some FI parts that I ordered. He had to apologize to his son thinking his son lost the keys at Carlisle. Our fuel injection masters are starting to dwindle.

Yet another very sad day for the NCRS and the Corvette community. John epitomized the best in the NCRS community, freely sharing his vast knowledge of Rochester FI systems to help others. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. Rest in peace John. Mike Ingham
