Bought my 58 in 1967 as my daily driver and drove to work for six years every day. I still have it and restored it in the 80`s and got a Duntov in 96.
I payed $550.00 for it when I boughted it. Did not count how much it cost to restore for it is worth every cent in fun and learning about corvettes.

Bought my 71 on May 23, 1994.

Bought my 70 Cutlass on May 23, 2002.

Bought my yellow now-Bowtie 72 in October of 2002, and I'm the 6th owner.

Factory ordered by 2008 which was built on Oct 31st 2007 as a 40th birthday present and delivered to me at the museum on Friday, Nov 23, 2007.

As you can see I need to buy cars on the 23rd of the month.

We purchased our 62 FI car in October 1966 with 36,000 miles. Still have it and just turned 48,000 miles.

And it's a very nice car-I remember it well.

He passed it to me May 18, 1963.
Some of it is in the garage; much of it is in the basement...

Bought my 70 LT-1 in 1972 with 8,000 miles on it for $4000, after a fruitless search for a 71 LS-6 to replace the thoroughly trashed 67 435 coupe that bought in 1971 as a dumb nubie. Who knew then that the 71 LS-6s I had seen on the showroom floor was that rare.

Bought my 67 435 convertible in Canada in 1989 as a project that has dragged on into my retirement.

We've had the '72 LS-5 for six years, it's been great. Just got our 2013 GS in December (Also great!!), does that count???

Almost 33.5 years - I bought my 1966 convertible in September 1979, started taking it apart to do a frame-up restoration during Thanksgiving weekend of 1980, moved 3 times from 1981 to 1985, and finally finished the car in the Spring of 1995, a long time restoration.

In July 1987 I bought a nice "early" 1963 SWC so I could actually drive a Corvette during my 1966 restoration but had to sell the 1963 in December 1989 due to the recession.

I've owned my 62 over 40 years now (# 2262) and still drive it often. Have had many others along the way but always loved the old black car. Rich
